There’s nothing like YORGOO Blaster Tutorials, YCADEMY Seminars and then implementing and applying whatever was learned and hopefully understood - well, if that’s not the case we find out rather quickly! Ease and confidence if not elegance of creation and execution come largely from experience… and experience comes from nothing else than doing it again and again… until! In fact… doing it one more time!

That’s how many discoveries were made - and it’s no different with setting up our Blogs on the rather complex but highly sophisticated Semiomantics scripts or the “lite” low-cost version, YORGOO Blaster.

Both cannot be compared. They serve different purposes and they differ largely in price. Ideally, you have both - which is the case if you are an YCADEMY GOLD Member. Your monthly input is paid back to you manyfold in terms of Knowledge and the valuable Scripts, expert setup and Web Hosting included, compliments YCADEMY.

Imagine having to do and buy all this yourself? I guess you wouldn’t even dream of it… just one little plugin may cost $100 or more… so the calculation is an easy one and depends on your Purpose and Goals.

Of course, what you do with your Blog once you have it is entirely up to you and your determination and professionalism. Yes… there’s a tough learning curve and there are things we are too scared to touch… until we are somehow forced to do so - and VOILA! a whole new world opens! Persevere… and suddenly the hardship turns into Fun and this incredible lightness of knowing YOU CAN DO IT!

To continue with our Hosting series… we have made progress… all along the lines I explained above and WOW! this is exciting! All YORGOO Blaster owners could download a new theme “Where the Lion sleeps tonight” sort of… and set it up following a very comprehensive Tutorial on the main Support site.

Did you do your’s?

In today’s YCADEMY GOLD Call at 8 pm London time we will look at what everybody has done so far!

However,  meanwhile I “played around” a little to continue the “YB-Stamp Collection” series which really fascinates me … call it the child within me… but what the hell, let me play and be happy! … and especially after Google Wizzard Yorgo Nestoridis urged me to put price stamps to my priceless stamps (!)…

I invite you to be the first to look at what I’ve come up with so far - sort of establishing a balance in the African bushveld (Hanno Coetzee from George knows what I mean!) - TOP HOSTING SOUTH AFRICA.

So here are the first two of our YB-Stamp Collection 2009, values R1 and R2 :

We will find some Fun applications… and you are invited to make your suggestions!

By the way… as with the Internet the use for snail mail has dramatically dropped… and with it the use of postage stamps, and some countries even just put a stupid stamp on a letter or a parcel ’skipping’ the stamp alltogether, it was not easy to find out how today’s stamps are actually priced - from a mere visual point of view. . .  graphically speaking. Was there a norm? The currency behind the number or before it?

If you think I could find what I was looking for real fast on Google I must disappoint you - I found all sorts of things but not a current 2009 South African stamp that I could view and find what I was looking for.

Google drove me nuts… or rather the returns there!

End of story: I “de-googled” my mind and  dug out some stamps from my special “stamp collection box” and VOILA! within minutes I had the REAL thing in my hands and I knew exactly which route to take; the above is the result. Which tells us also what great opportunity we have with the Knowledge we gain in our Seminars and Trainings,  if putting ourselves in someone else’s shoes who wants to look up something specific on Google, driven by an urgent need just as was my case: what would he or she type in?

And how long would he be prepared to search?

Fazit:

The better we pre-think and then reduce and define these thoughts… questions… in the form of targeted keywords the bigger the chance to be found by who’s looking for us… Credit Card between the teeth… remember!

So whatever your Business is about, drill it down to your main keywords and then work around them. Actually, they even bring some real focus into your ‘normal’ Life… allowing you to stay on track and hold onto in difficult times.

Happy Blogging - Happy Hosting!
